Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Design product process flow by fully understanding customer needs. Improve the control plan of the entire production process by continuously tracking and correction during each production stage, make products fully meet customer requirements.
Production part approval process (PPAP)
Use this procedure to determine whether all requirements of customer engineering design records and specification have been properly understood, to observe whether the production process has the potential to meet customer requirements and to ensure the takt time in actual production can meet the product.
Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
To evaluate the potential failure of a product or process and its effects and to identify what actions could be taken to eliminate or minimize the failure. Keep tracking the control effect, ensuring stable improvement of product quality.
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
List down process and product parameters, and draw a flip chart to observe the trending, adjust in time when abnormalities are found to guarantee the stability of quality.
Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
To make a comprehensively analysis on measurement system, choose a suitable measurement system to make sure that the production process is on controlled.
Stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, encourage employees to analyze issues and raise improvement solutions consciously, praise employees for their initiative, create a creative working atmosphere.
